Indy is a LA-based company focused on helping freelancers manage their business. They had just secured another round of funding and were in search for a strategic vision to drive cost efficient growth and differentiation in the market.

Over three phases, I conducted and oversaw a series of foundational studies that resulted in a clearer understanding of our primary and secondary customers including three core needs that became the pillars by which the company operated.

I worked with the exec team to highlight and explore key areas of opportunity that would result in a differentiated product — a few of which entered the product pipeline immediately.
